Does that mean it will have a tone similar to the coupe? I hate that they gave that awesome note to the coupe and the fx but not the sedan.

We're still fabbing the first set - but our goal is to get the system as close to the coupe as possible.

As soon as the test car is done - we'll haev those details...

any thoughts on axle back systems where it can be used along with coupe mid pipes? That way my investment into the coupe mid pipe doesnt go into waste. Similar to the HKS style currently available. I really think you have a market for axle-back and that could be part of the testing on how it would sound. A lot of curren sedan owners have the coupe mid pipe.

I am waiting on a couple of the samples of the muffler we are going to use. Once I have it, if I like it I will build a prototye. I should see a sample soon...Tony

Hey all -

Fast Intentions is likely about a month away from taking orders. The demo unit should be here soon, as Tony said, and we then have to do our test car. We'd love to have this shipping in December!

If everything is good there - and that car is a 2003, we will need to test fit 2005's and 2006's as well.

Once that is all done...we'll take pre-orders to get the new muffler design in stock and go from there.

Thanks for keeping with it all...we're excited about offering this segment something it can love as well.

Updates, it's been almost a month.

 

The prototype mufflers that were designed are expected to be to FI any day.

Once we have them - it all gets done...pretty quickly.
