LOL Again DaveB talking out of his ***. 350z don't have people here that actually test the stuff in controlled enviroments.

Please stop POSTING MIS-INFORMATION. You already annoy everyone literally on this site since you been here.

Yeah, the 350Z group is a bunch of idiots. What do they know other than how to get their 150lb lighter FM cars to run 12s with bolt-ons where as the G crew is stuck deep in the 13s

intake gains are so minimal that a dyno can not prove anything. Even if u gain or lose 5 whp no dyno is going to show. When i dynoed my car back to back with no aditional mods on it the first dyno was 243 and then 245 and the last one 246. What does it prove? It proves that the fist dyno compare to last has one has 3 whp difference which could have been more different.
Im not even mentioning tq numbers.

Peak yes, but look at the mean average. There is a good gain from 4500 to redline.

The point i was making was that a dynoing a car even on same condition several times within 5 minute timing is going to give u different results with no mods on the car. U will notice ur ECU giving u more gains when u keep accelarating than a intake.

Well your dynos are invalid because you didn't control your conditions hence the reason why your car saw different numbers on back to back runs ....says Russ.

I've seen the same exact thing with my old VQ. I'd see swings of 3-5whp on back to back runs. Same goes for the all the other VQs, LS1s, Ford mod V8s, etc I've watched dyno. I've also noticed that these cars, well at least mine, it doesn't give a fart if the engine is baking hot or cold. It runs within 0.5mph on every run (ie trapspeed is the indicator of available power). That small amount of power lost/gained is meaningless.

Weird, when I controlled my Dynos, I saw 2-3 hp at the most difference. Anyone can ask Tony how much of a difference there is when you actually control the conditions when doing a dyno.

But when you do it this way and add power mods, you definitely see the gains. Oh wait, but DaveB has no clue about stuff like that. He hasn;t even dynos his own G35 except with a Gtech. lol.

Russ you don't even own a G anymore. Can you either POST these mystery dynos or be adult enough to conduct yourself in a constructive manner? Dave has provided 10x more data than YOU have. I haven't seen ONE dyno or ONE link to dyno data from you. Stop ruining threads.

Maybe you should get your facts right. A Gtech is a POS and I'd never use one to quote numbers. I've played around with them at the strip with past cars and they're terribly inaccurate.

It amazes me that intake discussions still generate the most heated arguments on this forum, even though everyone seems to generally agree that they make less than a 2% increase in whp at best.

You want to start a fight in your thread, post one of these two lines:

1) Injen/Stillen is the best mod ever / is totally worthless
2) Israel/Arab countries should all die

Yawn, they been posted many times in the past. Even ask Tony for some.

Nope, never ruin threads. By you both posting since we all know you guys are tied at the nuts together you have to support your maxima friends.

Mis-Information ruins threads. And actually you guys have ruined this site since you both joined. Wow.

But "they" haven't been running their mouth about it.

Uh no. If it was some other guy wanting decent info I guess I'd be tied to his nuts? Idiot. How about you riding Tony's nuts? You ride his all the time. Tony is a great guy with great info. But the difference is HE posts the dynos he mentions. Not like some other guy *cough* Russ *cough*

Mis-Information ruins threads. And actually you guys have ruined this site since you both joined. Wow.
Russ. If it's so wrong then what is the logical way to prove/disprove? Just saying it's wrong? No. By posting your opinion backed by either a dyno sheet reference or a link to said dyno? YES!

I don't know HOW many times we have just asked for reference to ANY dyno references. We dont' know where they are. YOU SEEM TO IMPLY THEY ARE AT YOUR FINGER TIPS. If it's that obvious then please do us the courtesy and list them. Yes, it's that simple.

By now, you are contributing nothing. You just want to ride Dave's butt in order to try to get some licks in.(wait that sounded bad ) You really think you are somehow "superior" because you are withholding some intake dynos, well that's laughable. We both really could care less. It's about backing up what you say with credible evidence. We would all like to see it. Just saying something w/o any evidence = squat.
