I've tried searching but couldn't find much info on this topic. I think I'm lacking forum search skills

Does anyone know if a 16" rims (non oem) that fit on Maxima would work with G35 sedan? So far, all I know about those rims are that it's 5x114, which should fit my bolt pattern.

But other then that, what is the min-max offset I should check for?
I'm trying to use these for my winter tires and I'm gonna go have a look at them today or tomorrow.

While I can agree that perhaps your forum searching skills need help, you really just need a lessen in how to RTFM

Page 10-8 in my 2003 owners manual states the stock rims are 17x7 with 45mm offset or 16x6.5 with 40mm for non sport.

 

17 X 7 for '04

 

Make sure they will clear the brakes.

 

Would a 17x8 wheel with an offset between 40-42 work? Thanks!!
