Welcome! Hope we can help you out a bit-- Just some quick tips: Run a Search for questions before you post them, as you're bound to find a BUNCH of info on most topics. Click on Search at the top, type in some key words (ie. 'Navi freeze' if your NAV is freezing) and make sure you select AND, not ENTIRE PHRASE.

The other tip-- look up the list of TSBs at the top and see if anything there applies to you. You can get most problems knocked out in one fell swoop! Welcome, and good luck,
