another offset question

I know i read before that 19x8 38 offsets will fit front with no problem. Will I have any issues with same size/offsets for rear? thx.

It's goin to stick out too much. You need something around 40 to 45 for the back.

You'll be fine with that size. It will NOT rub in the back.

I have a 8.5 rim front and back and the offset is +35 and its fine.

Really crappy pic, but:

It's like 1-2mm away from my fenders. I have not rolled my rear fenders either.

For reference:

Looks real good, are you running 15mm spacers with those wheels cause they look like M Sport wheels which have 50mm offset.

Yup! 15mm Project Kics spacers with their hubcentric rings, all the way around.

One of the best looking wheels around on the sedan IMO

• (2) 20x8.5 +35 Offset

• (2) 20x10.0 +45 Offset

• (2) 245/35/20 Falken 452 Tire

• (2) 275/30/20 Falken 452 Tire

would I have any issues with these on my 05 Sedan (stock suspension for now, maybe 350z h-techs in the future)??

You'll be fine with those offsets if you're not lowered, even with the H-techs in the future you'll be good (might have to roll the fenders)
