this winter, some time after the new year i am planning on painting my roof black. now i am thinking to paint the side view mirrors black as well.

i have a diamond graphite sedan. there is some sort of a black/silver color scheme going on between the silver paint job/wheels and the black tires/tints.


im already confident a black roof would jsut looking smokin..

what do you think of the mirrors going black too?


if someone could photoshop these with black roof and side mirrors thatd be doing me a solid.

i recall members paying around $50 for the side mirror job alone...pretty good price...

 

i have my roof painted black, as most people already know. In the future i'm going to paint the sideview mirrors and the base gloss black along with the window trim. And the windows will be tinted 15% all around and 5 in the back so it'll keep a uniform black look.

So it's obvious that my opinion is that it will look really good

I was going to paint my door hanldles and window molding black...until I had a polished lip on my wheels - its all about matching...just dont overdue it. Chrome pillars would ruin the look unless I had chrome wheels

 

neal, id say maybe the door handles, but leave the chrome molding. either way your car looks damnn good, i even like that ezpass. haha

 

I would not paint the mirrors. Color matched mirrors look classy.

 

but, if you're going with a black theme, it makes things look more uniform.

definitely do the mirrors. i have a dg coupe and i will be doing this in the future. my shop said 50 bucks to paint both if i take them off myself.

i'm also considering a black roof on my dg. but nothing is written in stone for me yet.

 

plse excuse the butchered photochop job. roof mirror and tinted windshield (the way it should be!)

if you squint your eyes...you wont notice the minor imperfections!!!
