06 G35 + mods vs 07 G35 stock?

I've been leaning towards getting the 07 G35 sedan, but the dealers are offering some pretty damn good deals on the 06 model. If you guys were to buy a car now, would you buy 06 and mod the hell outa it or get the 07 and keep it stock (for a while ;0))

welpz, it all depends on the mods and howmany miles or something. some cars with mods (not all) if der in the dearler n forsale they might have probs (not all again). its totaly up 2 u if u want it. the good thing about the 06 that ur talking about if it get something that ur thinking that ur gonna put on ur car later on then u have it already u dont have to worry about it.

i would just check the car REALLY GOOD just incase.

just my opinion

2007 no doubt. There are simply too many significant improvements to the car. Even with most of all the bolt-ons, a 1st gen will probably have a hard time keeping up with an auto or 6MT 07. The 07 already comes with a true dual exhaust, real headers, a super fancy intake setup. Basically it's already modded. To get the same mods for a 1st gen will cost your about $2,000-2,500 without installation.

Hmm 07's are nice
granted i was allot more excited by the picture than the actual car.

i recently got my 06 - grated on lease.

the payments were almost 40% less with a buyout that was 40% less on the 06 vs. 07.

so it depends on your $ allowance

I would say go with the 07. You can always mod that one.

True, but I'm trying to compare price for price. A modded 06 vs a stock 07. I liked the 07 alot, but looking at the picture thread of the 1s gen, it aint too bad if done correctly.
