Yeah, I just don't like the bolt/rivet look. Even next time I think I would do 2-pc.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that your wife came up with the idea for the larger house and you agreed? Paying off debt is ALWAYS a good idea but to buy a larger house to get into debt AGAIN is a bad idea.

I realize it's not my business at all but I would keep the house you have and I doubt there isn't enough room for all 4 of you. I would pay the house off you already have instead. Living without a mortgage or rent at the end is the hole idea behind buying a house. When the house you have now gets paid off you wont have a problem paying for the 2 girls college education vs. paying a mortgage for a large house still when they go to college. I just think it's a VERY VERY bad idea to buy another house but good luck on whatever you decide.

Post vids of the car please

My wife, my 3 kids and I all currently live in a 1300 sq ft house. We need something larger!! The hosue was fine when there was only 3 of us but now with the twins getting older, we need more room.

Ya that is kind of small. My apt is 1000 sq ft so I agree that a bigger place is in order.

I hope you typed that wrong or that I'm reading wrong. Sell the G ? That G is FOREVER

I would go ahead and change out the fuel tank to fix the fuel problem and that's about all I would do to it. If you keep going ahead with more plans you might end up selling it because of all the debt accumulated from it so I would stop

and it wont be long before the wife is going to ask you to sell it for an SUV and she is going to bring up the debt from the G as a selling point all married women do that

Just show her this SUV
Modders don't stop modding. They just move on to new projects

It's a worst case scenario. My wife has already told me that in her opinion selling it would be a huge mistake.

I don't need to change out the tank. I just need to figure out how to either adapt the CJ twin pump setup for the coupe to my car or get some race pump, larger line and a surge tank.

She wants to sell her Mazda3 5-door for an SUV, not my car. I do agree we need an SUV. It's very hard for us to go anywhere with the 3 kids because they barely fit in the back.

A sight of relief
The FX35 is an SUV I would definitely get. That can be modded just like the coupe or sedan and it's just as realiable as a G Stay in the VQ family and you'll be happy
I would NEVER get something like an X5, Cayenne or VW Touareg. Too many flashing lights on the dashboard

We need something larger than the FX. I would LOVE to get one but there's still not enough room in the back seat. We are trying to find something with a 3rd row seat. I want a QX56 but she hates the way they look, we both like the Pathfinder so that's a finalist.
