03-04 aero kit on an 05-06

Im aware that the front bumper for the 03-04 aero kit does not fit the 05-06, however does the sides and rear lip fit?

also what is the reason for the 03-04 not to fit? mounting? I dont own a g35 but will be looking to purchasing a used one this coming spring...so Im just wondering what my "modding" options are

thanks for the help

The sides will fit. I don't think the rear valance fits either.

The reason is simple, they are not the same.

The 05/06 rear bumpers fit the 03/04, so I'm sure the rear Aero bumper would fit on the 05/06

It's not a full bumper, it's a lower valance and the 05/06 lower part of the bumper is not the same. So, I'm not sure if it will or not.

The reason why ask about why it wont fit was because if it had to do with headlights or the grill not lining up with the bumper or if there was just different mounting points...

If it/was purely mouting points, than that can be worked around some how, my pops has been known to do some crazy **** with cars, so he'd figure something out. I just dont want to any heavy modding...

but thanks for letting me know whats up.

if a 05 fits on an 03, no reason it can't go visa versa..

however, there are extra holes on 03 areo kit that will probably need to be held somehow..

If I were to change from aero kit to 05 rear, I would have to drill into the bumper to accomodate the extra screws.

From what I know it's the shape of the fenders, grille and headlights that are all different. I know the hoods are way off, there is a pic around here of an 05 with an 04 hood.

Rear valence does not fit a 2005-06 G35 the valence is shorter and angled but I do recall 1 person modifying the valenace to get it to work. Search will bring up his post. The front bumper will not fit because the headlights grill and hood are different between the 03, 04 and 05,06 two. The question has been asked on average once a month. The side sills will fit but on a 05, 06 it's barely noticeable someone resently installed the side sills and it overal opinion that's barely noticable.

I agree on the sides. The nismo ones are mild, just a little lower but not worth the $ if you have the painted 05/06 ones.

So...does anyone make a rear valance and decent side sills for an 05-06 sedan? Lucky for the 03-04 G's but I'm kinda jealous...

At least the rear valance...for sure there isn't an oem for a 06 sedan?

There is not one that I have ever seen.
