I also have an '03 but mine does have the sport shocks. Should I go unrevised with my shocks or revised with 350z shocks to match? Is there much difference? I do have 54K on my car, so the shocks already have some wear. Also, are all 350z stock suspensions the same, other than the revised/unrevised versions, or are certain models different?

350Z.
If you want better performance and adjustability, go with some Tokico D-spec struts with the 350Z springs.

Since you have the sport struts now, you can get away with using the un-revised springs. It would be better to replace them while you are in there but if cash is tight you are ok.
