^There's a lot of choices you can go with since all the wheels are 18X8 you can go with 225/45/18 front and 245/45/18 rear which won't affect your speedo but you can also play with the a lower profile which would probably be cheaper 225/40/18 and 245/40/18 you will be out of spec but it will give you more play when you go to lower your car on unrevised 350z springs at all 4 corners. The 350z springs in the rear would be lower than having G35 coupe springs and with your +40 offset the lower profile tire in the rear shouldn't rub.
