When you post you always post the Drivers perspective... if not it would be The Close or the far side..... not left or right...

 

So what happened? I cant see this at work.

07 got spanked. It appears that the 03 kept on pulling and the 07 never made a move. Interesting.....

 

AltimanGxe stated that his car was in the left lane. That would mean closest to the camera the way it is being filmed, or to the left of the Chrismas tree. If that is indeed the case, the 03.5 solidly beat the 07. Quite frankly, the video quality is so poor, it is hard to see very well.

 

It looks like the 07 cut a poor light, and didn't shoot out of the hole. Very poor launch.

So one of three things happened:
1) The 07 tried a half-throttle launch
2) The 07 spun all the way through first
3) The 07 had VDC on

Regardless, the gap closed quickly at the end of the track. I really want to see a proper slip.

 

Impressive as the 07 Gs are getting either a flat 14 1/4 or down into the high 13s.
