i did not smell any kind of plastic burning..maybe because my air freshener is to strong?

well i finally took it to the dealership and the exhaust was hit and shoved foward, causing the exhaust to burn the bumper. since i bought this vehicle as a pre-owned.. the manager looked at it and said to replaced the bumper and exhaust.

Yes this is odd, my 06 does not look like that a bit. Are you sure it wasn't hit or something, I just can't see how the position could shift that much. Not only is it high but also looks like it is pulled towardthe front of the car. Did you getubderthe car and follow the exhaust back, to see if there are any kinks in the piping???? Up hear in the north, it is concevable that you could back into a low Snow bank of ice and that would cram it like yours show. Certainly if it is factory related it will be covered!!!!

the exhaust was damaged read this as written above:
