I'm so confused...SPC A Arms
I have them on my car it's pretty much a debate neal some say that the cost of front tires isn't worth the cost of getting the A arms when your car can be aligned close enough to sedan or coupe specs to not cause a problem. I went ahead and got them anyway because I can take my car to any shop and they can adjust them right back to sedan specs and I have a better range of adjustability. Are they necessary it's really up to you.
I have the SPC front and back and I think neal is asking about the spacers that come with the front kit. I was told that they are only needed if you are going to drop more than 2". I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

A) its a pain in the ****
B) i've heard of many issues with the spacers...that can only be exagerated with my AWD
can camber be adjusted if I just install the A Arms?

you DO NOT need to install the spacers to adjust the camber. There are too many issues with them anyways. I installed them on 'havocwreakers' car and the adjustment from the ball joint was plenty, he was at -2.0 before and when i was messing with the alignment i could pull the tire to positive camber. Ended up setting his camber in the front around -0.7 on both sides.

Neal I misunderstood what you were asking. My shop did not install the spacers only installed the A-arms and that's it shame all of those extras get wasted and the cost still's the same.
HELP PLEASE. I'm getting my front kit installed tomorrow & want to find out more on what pieces won't need to be installed as mentioned above.

Gdup35sedan/Neal376 - what exactly are the issues with the spacer/plate?
SPC confirmed that the 4 point plate is not needed for a 1" drop. The other plates should be installed for proper correction angle as according to us and SPC. Actually SPC recommends you install both plates and brackets, but that is up to you.
