Plus I don't think that one will clear a spacer.

I didn't have to modify mine for the Richie bar install like in that pic.

I didn't have to either but he just wanted to make that bracket fit flush.

I compared pics of this bar and the richie bar with a cover, it's similar. I'll "guess" it will fit over most things the richie bar would.
