What is a good price on a used G?
Hey everyone,
I have been really intrigued with this car since the Philadelphia auto show a couple of weeks ago. I test drove one and loved it, the dealer even has a used one, but at a steep price. It has 13,500 miles, winter package, and roof and they want $29,900, I told them they are crazy and should not expect any more than $25,500. The sticker new was about 32 with destination charge, so the real price was in the mid 31’s. Can they really expect to get what they are asking? Any suggestions on what a fair price would be from the forum would be appreciated. Also who out there has gotten the most off of MSRP.

Well they will get whatever the market will bear in that area. For example I was told that in Texas some dealers were getting $4,000+ over sticker. Question I would ask the dealer is how much are they getting for the new ones?
Make them an offer and walk away, if they want to sell the car they will call you. :-)

I bought mine used of eBay w/1500 miles. I payed 33K with everything including Navi. I would look in the paper in your area and there were others on eBay. The dealer will get a premium.
