Oil Filter

Ok, So I Just Bought An 03 Sedan And I Was Trying To Change The Oil But I Cant Locate The Oil Filter, Any Ideas On Its Location. I Bought The Oil Filter From Advance Auto Parts. Its The K&n Brand Oil Filter And It's Smaller Than Most Filters That I've Seen. Is This Normal?

the oil filter is under the engine, i think theres a slight opening for it in the bottom engine cover, if not, prepare to take off some 10mm screws

Oil Change/Filter too..............!

The oil filter is under the panel that covers the front section of your car.
Don't try to change the filter thru that small hole, you could make a mess.
Remove the 10 mm bolts and drop the panel this will give you access to the
filter. Good choice of filters! The first time I purchased a filter for my G
I asked the clerk, "Where's the rest of the filter!" Do a search on-line for
the K&N's......you should be able to find them for $8 and change plus shipping
will be free if you buy three........Good Luck!

I use a skew (right angle) adapter on my drill and a 10mm to drop that part. It only takes a couple mins. The good news is that the filter is right there, just above the oil pan. It was way more of a pain on my last Honda.
