VRT bar on G35x

heres a few quick pics. will post more tomarrow after i clean under the hood.for you picture ******..

out of ALL the strut bars i have owned on all my previous cars, the VRT bar actually works. the front end feel like i just swapped sway bars. what a difference. woot wooot
the car plows alot less going in to turns. now if they would only make a sway bar for the front.

Very nice, looking at your sig it looks like you have been busy modding your X into a real AWD performer .

Very nice.

From what I have seen the VRT/GT-Spec bar is the only one that does help.

that bar was designed/built for one of the former owners of VRT, now the owner of Relentless autosports and is currently working with GTSpec to get his own set of sway bars made under the RA name, so you will get your wish shortly

Nice to see my strut tower brace on yet another G (especially another X). I set out to make these STB's work with almost any G regardless of the mods and trim (Coupe, sedan, even the X) Glad to see it being used by yet another G35 X.

Does that mean that the Richie does not work or is not as effective?

heres a pic of the power steering side and a pic of the bar w/stillen airbox. the stillen air box doesnt need to be trimmed to fit the bar. and the AC lines dont get in the way of the bar either.

i was able to get the upper control arm bolt in with out dropping my suspension. i just unbolted the 3 bolts that hold the shock in place and pushed down on the hub and i was able to pull the shock downfrom the mounts . then i was able to remove the control arm bolt and replace with the longer one. then i just pop the shock back up and mount up the bar. it is a very very tight fit for the bar to get over the bolts, so it will need a little elbow grease to align the bar with all the bolts. took me 1hr with hand tools and a buddy.

this bar rocks.

If you mean this STB, yes. It has been out for almost 2 years now. Do a search for "G35 strut tower brace" (under my user name) and you will see SEVERALL write ups, DIY's, reviews, and other posts.
