Years ago (when I was much younger)... I requested RAWKHRD (for meaning I put rock hard and stated I was in a rock band) - they rejected... then I tried LYK2LIC (for meaning I put like to lick and stated I owned an ice cream parlor) - they rejected.

I'd like to submit yours (PHO Q 2) now and for meaning tell them "F@ck you too" for rejecting all my others

No not on my car. LOL. It was on a 3rd gen Trans Am with some older guy driving it.

On a side note: I went to pick up my wife's plates yesterday and the clerk asked me what it meant. I told her and she gave them to me. I wouldn't think that they would've asked me again but she said that they sometimes do that to see if they catch people off guard, even after the plates have been approved by the DMV. So just in case they ask anybody on here, don't let them catch you off guard.
