She just ended up buying a garmin and suction cupped it right on top of the factory nav. The brakes are absolutely terrible. Although I believe on the 06x they finally changed them. The car is uncomforatble on long drives. The car creaks like crazy even after the fixes. It drives well in the rain/snow with 17" All seasons, but still skids here and there. It's actually kinda weird, it holds when i think its gonna skid and skids when i think its gonna hold. She recently got an 07X as a loaner, and yes it is definitly a huge upgrade to the 05 X, especially the interior, its still not up to par with real luxury cars like lexus or BMW. And I believe her's came with the spoiler, but not 100% sure. She may have had it put on by the dealer when we bought the car. I think her next car is going to either be a BMW 3 or Lexus is250 AWD. Getting in to one of those is a world of difference.

Not really a BMW or Lexus fan.
In fact, i've always said if i ever win the lottery, the first thing I would do is go buy an M6, then put it on my front lawn and beat the living crap out of it with a sledgehammer and set it on fire.
Nothing wrong with BMW's engineering. I think they are nice cars, but i just dislike BMW with a passion. But yes...if i win millions, first thing on the list

I thought I was the only one! LOL. I feel the same way after my father's brand new fully loaded 1999 528i lasted 50,000 miles with major problems while his previous 1990 Maxima GXE lasted about 200,000 miles trouble free.
That's why he bought a brand new 2006 Maxima last year and traded the BMW @ the Nissan Dealership!
Good luck with the hunt for the X, get one you won't be disappointed. I've had mine now for 11 months and after 13,000 miles, I love it more everyday.
