I am comparing the 2 cars, and wondered what would be a good price to work at the dealer for to get this package? I am looking at black on black as well. I drove one yesterday, and a TL 6SPD, the TL is a much nicer car for looks and interior, but I still can't get over the RWD of the G.

Any helpful tips would be great! I live in San Antonio, Texas...working with Gunn Infiniti at the moment. They told me around 32-33k I think.

In SC, I purchased one for about 1K less that what you mentioned. I also had SAT radio. Keep in mind the sport package is standard on the 6MT, so that really shouldn't add to the cost as an option. Edmunds.com will give you an idea of what the going price is in your area (that will probably be a little high, though, as it was in my experience). They will also tell you what the dealer invoice is. I would check there.

Do a search and you'll find many people have gotten their sedans for $500 over invoice. I myself got my 04' 6MT for $500 over invoice. The invoice on the package your looking for is $31,130 so start from there.

I got my 03' 6mt with navi, aero, and sport package for around 34k. I think its a pretty good pirce with the navi. I found out that the TL stopping power is nowhere near the g35. It takes like 30feet more than the G from 70-0 i think but the TLs navi is easier to work.

Well on the stopping power, I saw 2 reviews that got 115 ft out of the TL. So that is right where the G is.

Hmmmm, wonder if there is a wear problem with those brakes too, since that is what Infiniti claims makes the brakes wear quickly? I saw a post somewhere about Accord brakes wearing poorly as well!

Not sure, I heard the TL brakes dust alot. It has the Brembo calipers and rotor setup up front.

Yeah the Car & Driver review had the braking at an abissmal 175' from 70 MPH, compared to 135 from the G35. Strange since it appears to have massive brakes.

Are you sure that wasn't for the auto TL. because the 6 M.T. has massive Brembos. It wouldn't surprise me though, my former 03 Accord EXV6s braking was horrible, among the worst in the family sedan catagory.
