I found it, but there was nothing in there. Looks like i'll need to replace my recirculation actuator. Does anyone have a link to a guide on how to replace this or at least where it is located? I've read that you have to remove the dash.

 

You would definitely have to remove the lower section of the passenger side of the dash. I doubt you would have to remove the rest, but I haven't checked into it. Did you figure it out?

 

I managed to fix it really easily. The air filter was just bent so the vent door was getting jammed on it. I just had to take the bottom panel off to get to it. I think the filter was upside down too, so i just flattened out the bend and flipped it the right way up.
