i called a cerritos infiniti guy and he told me it would be 600+ for front and rear, i think. because they do the resurfacing automatically w/out you asking. he said its a must or standard brake job. pads and resurfacing.

That's the only thing I don't enjoy about my car is the rediculous service price points! I'm out of basic so my car will never see the dealership again unless it's a powertrain issue

 

Honestly, I change the brakes on my car and both my parents cars. It is such a waste of money to go and have a stealership do it. The overcharge you for the most minuscule of jobs and you generally can't get anything other than OEM parts. So do your first brake job very carefully, work through it with some of the great DIY's we have on this site, and I am sure you will realize just how easy it is.
