A G35 Friend???

This is a little off topic, but here goes. I picked up my daughter & nephew from daycare early today around 12:00 noon (had a half day and promised the kid's lunch out somewhere), so I'm tooling along on the expressway, in the slow lane; when from nowehere comes this bloke in a Saab 9-3. He was literally up my ****, then swerved across too the middle lane, looked at me, swerved in front of me, all the while seeing the two kids in their car seats in the back seat; just pushing for a race or something? This nutter was driving like a total idiot and I had kids in the car. Next thing I know a black G35 sedan pulls up next too me in the middle lane( I have a DG 04 sedan), looks at me, at the kids in the back seat, winks, then proceeds too get level with the Saab, give him the nod and they're off..
Don't know if the other G driver was taking the heat off me, or just up for a race, but the Saab tried too pace him for a while and then the G just took off..the Saab tried too follow, but really..no contest.
Just a little story, no point really, but nice too know you have friends in G places..Lol. Plus the kids were fine and we had a great lunch at chuckee cheese..I'd highly not recommend the food there.

That would be the only thing that may be good there, the damned place sure seems to draw a crowd!

What's wrong with racing with kids in the car? Kids are just like real people, only smaller.

CHUCKE CHEESE use to be the it place when I was a kid.
Im thinkin the food there is also from when I was a kid, literally, they must of deep freezed the pizza and are still using the surplus from 1980!

Can I get a translation?

I remember, we used to fly to the US and go to two places: Disney World and Showbiz Pizza. Now it's Chuck E Cheese's, but I rememeber the old days (um, the 80's) when it was the original Showbiz.

Re: A G35 Friend???

Chuck E Cheese used to have a large arcade suitable for older crowds, but now they've geared themselves specifically to younger kids.

Dave & Busters is definately an adult place to play. Booze and video games.. what a combo. The new one here in San Diego isn't all that great (kinda small), but I've been to one in Houston that was a blast.. full restaurant, battletech 8-player simulators, video golf and baseball, pool tables, etc.

I remember Showbiz too! In fact, when I moved to AZ no one had ever heard of Showbiz, and I’d never heard of Chuck E. Cheese’s. I always thought it was a Midwestern thing.

In Mexico it's still SHowbiz Pizza, placed is geared fgor the Preppy crowd as is McDonald's.

Anyone remember DiscoveryZone? now that was a place to take the kids...you could go ito the Playzone with them....food did suck, but the place was cool.

I just have to tell you...great story...
And I don't mind the pizza...it's not too bad...but then again, would you turn down bad food for your kids occupied for 2 hours? Not me..
