The first is the japan and second is US prices..
But if you click on the US price, then another window will pop up, that you can select your area price...

These clears all have 1 bulb and what looks like either amber plastic circle or single amber bulb.iwas gonna get the clears from japan,then iwent to clearcorners.com its like 250 a pair but theyre totally clear ,no amber at all anywhere on them,also instead of 1 bulb it has strip of led.they look much better but, steep!!!

yeah, except from Japan, the listing price is JPY37,900, plus their tax or importer's take, which is another 10% on top, add shipping, think cadillac paid around USD$330, and I was quoted for CAD$610 including shipping from Japan.
