Can 04 auto coupe heated seats fit on a 03 6mt sedan?

If the car originally came with a power passenger seat but got swapped out at some point, and the harness is still there, then it's possible to re-wire and make the power seat work again; however some early 03 sedans (doggy doors) came with just basic options with manual passenger seat factory installed, and I'm not sure if those are pre-wired for power seat or not. So you need to make sure the harness is indeed for the power seat. If the car is not pre-wired then it'll be more difficult to make the power seat work.
You can still put heated seat in, you just don't get to turn it on since you don't have the switch.
Check your VIN with Infiniti to find out what seats were originally equipped in your car. Post a picture of the said cut harness if you can.

Good news: the white plug is power seat harness, just use a voltage meter to confirm it provides power; if it does then you can get power passenger seat.
Not so good news: looks like those cut wires are for something else. See if you can trace it and see where it goes. There might be some functions disabled by the cut wires.

Ok, dont quote me but im pretty sure on these. White plug is power seat, there is a 2 wire plug in front of white plug that is probably seat heater, your cut wires are probably for seat airbags and active headrest. Or i have it backwards and your cut wires are seat heaters and 2 wire plug is airbag/active headrest

Some points need to be cleared about your information. From the car there are 3 harnesses go to the seat: one for power seat motors and heater (big white one), a 2nd one goes to the seat belt buckle (small white, 3-wire), then the 3rd one is yellow (2-wire), which goes to airbag. AFAIK the active headrest is mechanical not electrical, so there's no wire for it.

Ok, finally today i had some time to pull my passenger seat and this is what i found, the harness coming fron under carpet has 3 plugs ,one yellow and 2 whites ... one with 4 pins and the other ha
s only 2 pins, but also i found some wires with a plug , the question is what are those wires for?. . Are they part of the seat harness or its for something else?
