I know in the past, I had read a few posts about if you order your G from the dealer how long will it take to come in....well....
My dealer placed my order December 6, 2003 and he is telling me, my arrival date will be March 12, 2004...bottom line, if you order your car...it will be a minimum of 3 long agonzing months...

The dealer called me once prior to me ordering the car, but I was in Disney on vacation, and could not get back in time to look at the car he had for me...so I had to order it. So far, I have checked the dealer stock with in 150 miles of my zip code and only one car fits my request....but it's the wrong color....I hate waiting!!!

 

I "ordered" mine in Nov '02, and they had one destined for their inventory on a boat already coming in. I picked it up Dec 27, '02. And that was with the winter package in San Diego. [img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img]

 

Oh lucky you...they didn't have any so I had to have mine made...

 

mine took 3 1/2 months from the time i placed order to the car arrived at dealer's parking lot.waiting time was like hell but well worth.i got exactly what i want [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

 

Call me the order Chump. I ordered in late July and took delivery in mid December of last year. 5 months!! Had to change my color from brilliant silver to diamond graphite...that killed me.

Shoulda read more forums before ordering!!

 

OMG!!! Well you so far hold the title for longest car on order to delivery...
What after 5 months did you have to change the color...I would kick my dealers a** if that happened to me...
