You can have the muffler shop weld one on. Or one of the Infiniti dealer vendors here can get it if your local dealer can't.

The only way it will sound like a coupe is if u get a coupe mid-pipe and a chambered rear muffler, the OEM sedan midpipe has a huge resonator on it and the OEM rear muffler is a straight through design. The Y pipes are identical so don't waste you money on that, unless you get an OEM HR y pipe. It was designed to increase flow over the OEM DE y pipe, it will also add a slight growl/garble to the exhaust note.

If you're looking for an increase in power, then no. If you're looking just for a better sound then maybe. The HKS/CM combo will drone so be prepared for that, and I have a hard time justifying $500 for a muffler. I rolled with that combo for a while (got the muffler used) and got rid of it because of the drone.
