First, you're gone love the Tanabe Medallion! It looks sexy and sounds great. I have mine with a HR Y-pipe and it works great. It's amazing to place the OEM setup along side the Tanabe. The OEM is so big and bulky. The Tanabe is smaller and sleek.

The Tanabe muffler hangs a bit low, so like Marcus did on his I need to cut 3/4 of a inch off the hanger to raise it a bit before placing my full Z suspension on. My drive way is at a incline so I do not be scraping the muffler up.

I have a extra HR Y-pipe in my garage in perfect shape. Not sure about shipping it. A box hunt would be a pain in the a$$.

I drive a 2001 Nissan V35 (JDM) 300gt. The exhaust is still stock but I'm going to put some Berk HFCs and a Stillen Gen 2 CB on. I also want to change the Y pipe but I'm not sure which Y Pipe to go for. Does anybody have any suggestions as to which Y pipe would go well with this setup and fit well?

If you're getting the stillen gen 2 it already has a y pipe with the system

Thanks I'm loving it!

I made a compilation video of the different variations of exhausts I have had.

I also made my first review of the RHFC if you want to check it out lol

Has anybody simply just replaced the exhaust tip on the sedans? just looking for more of an aggresive look with a tad bit more sounds.

Tanabe medallion installed today
I really like it, absolutely no drone or rasp!
Quiet at normal driving but can slightly heat it with the windows down
Very deep tone
Only drawback is how low the muffler sits

Thank you. Yeah, I never seem to get around to making rolling shots. I'll try to get one finally next week. Will be too busy till then. I haven't really gotten to get on it since I got it all fixed yesterday. There's a little rasp but I think it's due to the tip that was put on....I'm working on replacing that though

I've been searching for a while and come up with nothing without the option of custom fabrication. I've got ART pipes, XYZ Pipe and I want something to finish off the piping with the stock looking dual tip outlets. Stillen looks good, but the inlet diameter is not as large as the XYZ pipes outlet (3.0"). I don't see any point in buying something that bottlenecks like that. Who's got my answer?

XYZ, is a Y-pipe, the Stillen is a dual path and wouldn't work anyway as it uses dual piping and not single.

all the pics I've seen show a y-pipe with merger instead of an x-pipe.

edit:
took another look, I see why it wouldn't work, the stillen y doesnt have the same flange locations for the sedan model
