Whats up guys...Friday, my G is going in again for a new rear axle. I keep getting a cracking noise from the rear when i press the gas. So i was wondering if i could possibly use that to my advantage? This is 2 times within a year (PA lemon law states that it must happen once within a year and then again after or within that year) and i'm sure it's gonna happen again after this one. So if 3 strikes, should i use the lemon law to my advantage and get a new G? Any help would be appreciated!

Actually, the PA Lemon Law is more complicated than you state. First, the dealer can have three attempts to repair the vehicle. And second, in order to invoke any provisions of the PA Lemon Law, you must first resort to using a third-party arbitration process, and the BBB (Better Business Bureau) AUTO LINE program is specified by Infiniti for such a purpose. Consult your supplemental warranty booklet and a legal advisor for more information.

Can you explain that a little better. I'm just not understanding that too well. I read online yesterday and it never stated anything about a "third-party"
