I have three kids. We don't use my car for the three of them much but I take the oldest (she's 5) around sometimes. She has a black Recaro seat that stays in my car. Yes, my daughter has a recaro but daddy doesn't.

congrats,,, I too have a little one 11mo and an 8 yr old. Both have car seats, and is why I have a sedan. Are you using the belt or the latch system?

I put in my car seat over a towel otherwise it put marks on the leather

Congrats! I'll be needing on of those on or around 5 May. Once he is a little bigger he'll get the Recaro, its on our baby registry!

yea man make sure you get a protective cover for the seat or the marks will just be nasty.
