Injen intake

Im new at this mod game, so can anyone tell me how the install is for the cold air intake made by injen? it looks like it needs to go somewhere that isnt readily open/available in the sedan. I would appreciate any info on this, especially from those who have it.

Re: Injen intake

There are many threads and posts here about the install and location of the Injen intake. Do a search to reveal them.

Yes, a search should readily answer your question. Only thing to stress is that you do NOT have to remove the front bumper to install it. Simply unbolt the inner fender liner and it's all right their.

Re: Injen intake

I have the Coupe and was able to install it without taking off the front bumper per the instructions, I read a thread in this forum from someone else who said they were able to install it by taking off the plastic wheel well cover, which I was able to do pretty easily. I really couldn't tell you if it's the same for the sedan, but I wouldn't think it would be any different... Good Luck!

Just wanted to add more fuel to the replies.

You don't have to remove the bumper.
You should turn the front tires to one side (towards the passenger side, which gives you more room to work).
You should remove the inner fender liner.

Re: Injen intake

I removed the bumper for my install. It's not hard, just a little more time consuming.
