^Yeah I'm a little biased. But in this case I really think that's the way to go because of the lower mileage and the updates of the 05.

Id go with the 04, just because its a 6mt, And i actually think the 04 front end looks better, all you have to do is to change the front bumper to nismo, and then paint the sideskirts and the rear bumper, You can do this for $1k easy,, and then you still will have a $1k in difference left for what ever you want to do ,, But this is just my opinion,, Good luck with your choice,,

Well, looked at them both and drove them both. i honestly wouldnt complain with either.

The 05 theyw ere willing to give us $9,000 for our Trailblazer. They didnt lower the price anymore than that.

The 04 they only wanted to give us $7,000 for our Trailblazer, and wouldnt work with that.

This is driving me freaken nuts.

So that about evens it up, right? After trade-in, the 2005 will be $10,800, the 2004 will be $10,600. Dude, go for the 2005; a year newer, better interior, 10K miles less on odometer, for the same price!?

Thats a lot of money. We were hoping to spend 5-8k. 10,000 is a lot for me

Especially when the truck is perfectly fine.

Why not sell the truck private party and use the money towards a G? You will get more for the truck that way...extra money for mods

Trust me, i have been trying. The used car market sucks right now, and domestic vehicles suck for resale.

Yup, thats why we don't buy domestic cars. They arent worth anything as soon as you drive them off the lot.

Get the 6mt. I was surprised to see so many votes for the 5at. In RI it took 5 months to find a stick but It was a must have.
