Read the FAQ for once, unplug your battery for 30min or take it to Autozone and they can reset it also for free.

My instinct tells me that you installed some part of the grounding wires wrong which led to the check engine light but as the other guy mentioned, go to Autozone and get the CEL diagnosed. I also have the Stillen grounding kit, and no issues came up after I installed it.

It's pretty hard to screw anything up by installing a grounding kit. Chances are that you disconnected something by mistake. Open your hood and check that all plugs are still connected - vacuum hoses as well.

Take it to a local parts store and have them read the code to see what caused it.

If the problem is still there it may come back in the next few days. If it does, go have the code checked out. It's free at any parts store. I have an OBDII reader in my car just in case I ever get a code.

I get the P1121 Electronic Throttle Control error code on my G a week after I changed the headlamp housing. Is it possible that during the installation, something got jacked?

As of now I got the code reset, hoping never to see it again.
