ok, so when i first got my car i was intructed i could hold down the unlock button to remote roll down my windows or hold the lock button to activate and deactivate the honk sound when you lock the car. i had deactivated it when i first got my car, but now when i try to turn it back on, i get nothing. anyone know what might be wrong? other than that the remote entry / window feature etc work flawlessly.

 

hold down lock and unlock for approx 10 seconds for the sound

 

DUHHHHH!!1! i must have just forgot... i thought it was just the unlock button :X

Thanks for this posting. I had no idea I could even switch that honk off. My wife drove the car and some how accidentally did it. Go figure. Is this a documented feature? I musta glossed over it.
