2003 sedan "shutter" or "shake"...
I have searched and found what sounds like a similar problem on the 06 and up 35's. Where the converter is locking up and messing up the TCM.
Here is what we have done in the last 2 months....
Replaced tires
full 4 wheel alignment
replaced rear rotors and pads
had a different shop rotate the tires and zero out the rims to make sure there were no bent wheels.
serpentine belts replaced..
Now what happens is on the highway getting up to 70 MPH or close to 2500 RPM's it literally feels like you have a flat tire. You slow down to almost a stop and it goes away. Does not do it at lower speeds. I am at a total loss. And it doesn't do it everyday is the thing that baffles the crap out of me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Rick

I presume that you are the 2nd owner and obviously the original owner didn't say anything about it. It might be worth a call to the dealer to see if they will look up the vehicle history to see if anything like this has happened before. Maybe the previous owner had it fixed once under warranty and then when it came back and was out of warranty they sold the car. At least in MN they have access to the same records, regardless of which dealership you are at or who did the work. I would assume that it is something created by Infiniti and works the same everywhere.
If that doesn't help then I have to agree with others and think you have something wrong on the suspension that can not be replicated while the car is still.
Sorry to hear that you have such a conundrum on your hands.

You can check the wheel bearings by jacking up the car and grabbing the wheel by the top and bottom then try to rock it back and forth from top to bottom. If it feels loose then I would check the bearings. You can also try to move the wheel from side to side as well, given that the other wheel is on the ground, again if it feels loose then it would be your tie rod ends.
