Well I was merging onto Hwy 280 today and played a little bit with an Acura TSX. He was acting all like he had it going on with his new ride. Now, I'm no boy racer, but I was hoping to stage with him at a red light and show him the G's rear end. We came close to lining up but I was one vehicle behind...no go. So, what if we had run? With VDC off and just the right amount of wheelspin, I assume the G would have owned him. The TSX looks fast but I don't know what they've got under the hood. Anybody run one before?

It's quite slow, relatively speaking. He would have been an easy kill. Under the hood: 2.4L 4-cyl, 200HP.

Yup, the vtec really doen't get its power until it hits around 5K rpm...I used to own an 97 prelude, 2.2L with 195HP, that thing was slow until I hit high rpms...

The tsx is pretty quick but will not have a chance at all against a G. My friend has one and he can never keep up with me.
thegr8tg35 - The tsx has i-vtec and so vtec engages in the low end and the high end of the rpm. They did that to give the tsx more low end power
