Have A G35 For A Year And A Half Im Not Sure What To Do Help Please

hi i have a 2003 g35 4dr i am thinking about getting sport line springs for my car now i am not sure if i should or not i live in new England so we get a lot of snow in the winter that's 1 reason why i don't want to get them 2nd reason is i can get used ones for 100 bucks sport line springs which is not a bad deal but the springs drop the car about 2" front and back. soo should i buy them for the car and is 2" drop is too much

also i have done nothing to my car i would like to do a couple of things to it any idea thanks

There's nothing wrong with the Sportlines. I have them on my car and I'm very much content with the drop and handling. Here's a picture of how much drop they'll give you.

I've hesitated lowering my car, especially given how bad the roads are in the NE. There are always potholes, street bumps >3", road debris such as hardened road salt or snow that has clumped to form a hard rock, and dead rodents on the road that you can't swerve to miss. A 2" drop puts your car at about 3-4" above the ground. Lowered looks great, but, the look is not worth the possible damage of one pothole or debris on the ground. A lot of guys to do it up here, I know, and swear by it, and may even laugh at my paranoid thinking about what could happen some day. For me, the oooh's and aaaah's aren't worth it!

i would lower it about 1" but nothing more than that if you are concerned about excessive damage. Thats why i went with the 350z setup
