06 6MT Sedan Lowering Ideas

Hey guys

I need some ideas on how would i lower my car and if its possible since i got 20's on her. Here is the problem though when i have like 3 / 4 people in the car i get some rubbing on some bumps otherwise no rubbing at all. I need to get the front lowered atleast. There was not many options when i used search tool since not many people got 20's on their sedans. Also how easy are the coilovers to adjust so maybe i can go back to normal height when i know i will have people in the back seat. It would be nice not to go to 19's since i got this for 800 with tires and ballanced brand new. So if you know something all ideas are welcome.

Here are some specs

Front Fitment
20x8.5
Offset: +40mm
Backspacing: 6.33"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 245/35-20

Rear Fitment
20x9.5
Offset: +41mm
Backspacing: 6.81"
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Rec. Tire Size: 275/30-20

Also sorry if i misspeled something my english is not the best.

Here is the pic and i got a huge gap in the front.

Since the car scrubs when loaded, you probably need to roll your rear fenders.

And it doesn't matter is you have 20s or 18s, if the tire size is the correct size, the outside diameter of the tire will be the same for 20s and 18s.

is it better to get coilovers with spacers or just go with coilovers if it wont reduce any rubbing while loaded

You don't want spacers, your wheels are already at the limit of the wheel wells. As for coilovers, if you regularly put people in the back of your car I would avoid getting anything with a progressive spring rate. Most coilovers have a linear rate and should be fine.

Roll your rear fenders and you will probably eliminate the rubbing no matter if you use springs or coilovers.

He'll be fine, those are weak offsets. 10mm spacers and call it a day.

roll your fenders, since you drive around with 4 or 5 people in your car I would not recommend coilovers even the best ones. I suggest some nice struts and a good quality linear springs. For more suspension info look in the tech section. With 1"-1.3" drop springs and rolled rear fenders it will not rub.

I would recommend lowering your car with 350z springs inthe front and coupe springs in the rear. This will lower the car an inch in the front and half inch in the rear and rides like the OEM sprot suspension that you could get on the car.

Nothing better than coilovers. Great performance and you can adjust the height to where you want.

+100 on rolling your fenders. That should clear the rubbing.

yes. Get front and rear camber kits or you are going to go through tires fast.
