I just bought 350z track wheels with tpms sensors, my 04 sedan isn't equiped with this monitoring system, can I remove the sensors off the wheels and add the air filler without affecting how the rims hold air.

why dont you just leave them in, unless you want to sell them.

Does my car 03.5 sport sedan 6spd have these sensors, I haven't seen a tpms light, how would I figure out if its equiped.
