Hey I just got my car serviced at Ray Catena today and my check engine light was on. They said the error code they were getting was weak fuel injection.. meaning not enough or below average gas was being consumed.. I know the intake helps gas comsumtion but am i actually loosing power?? The car feels more powerful with the intake.. anyone else run across this situation?

yuppppppppppp. exact same situation. Went to the dealer with my fujita on. I lost all power pretty much in 5th gear. it would just rev up real high and not go anywhere. SES light came on. Brought it in and they said the maf sensor was broken and the car was running lean. getting more air than fuel. I took the fujita out in .2 seconds, sold it, and put my stock intake back on. Never had a problem since.

It looks and sounds great, but I think it has a very poor design and is lacking in many ways.

Make sure your maf sensor is seated properly on the intake and your clamps are also tight (no leaks). I have a fujita as well as many others on the site with no issues. I doubt its the intake itself but anythings possible.

^ very true. Make sure it's seated properly. That could be the issue.

for whoever's havingproblems, make sure the maf is screwed in tightly to the actually intake tube. If there are any leaks, it will throw a code and could cause the problem.

I on the other hand, took it out and sold it
