How do I get the DRL to work in my 03 G35 sedan? [Pic]

I noticed in my 2003 G35 sedan a light bulb in the headlight that never turns on, no matter what the light switch is turned to. I'm guessing its the DRL (daytime running lamps)/city lights. I live in NY and i'm not required to have DRL but I wanted to get it working for a cooler look. How do I turn these lights on?

turn the light switch once. the tails, side markers, and the "DRL" or city lights (ones you pointed to) will turn. If they don't turn on, they might be burnt out.

That bulb is just a marker/city light. DRL is only available in Canada, iirc.

Like said, those are city lights and should come on with the parking lamps. They are prob burnt out.

DRL's are high beams burning at 40% intensity

They ditched them in '05 and just made the turn signal a dual filament bulb and acts as the parking light.

On the 03-04 cars, the turn signal doesn't come on with the parking lamps...only the city light does.
