I am planning on repainting the front grille to the body color which is lakeshore Slate (06 G35 sedan). I saw the black grille on black G and it looks very nice but I have yet to see the grille painted in body color.

What do you think? Should I do it or make it black also?

It will blend way too much and like a mistake.

So, make it black or keep it chrome? I also want to do something about the two lower grille as well.

^ at most, paint it black to match the lower grilles... otherwise, keep it OEM.

I would say black. I think black looks best on lighter colored cars, along with black cars.

My Twilight Blue on the other hand? I have no idea what to do with this thing -_-

I kinda like it the stock "black chrome" that it is now. I wouldn't change a thing

Maybe go satin, between flat and gloss.

I say photoshop it first before you do it! I say black chrome or Glass black is ****!
