What do you think - Lakeshore Slate front grille?

I am planning on repainting the front grille to the body color which is lakeshore Slate (06 G35 sedan). I saw the black grille on black G and it looks very nice but I have yet to see the grille painted in body color.

What do you think? Should I do it or make it black also?

Thanks!

^ at most, paint it black to match the lower grilles... otherwise, keep it OEM.

I would say black. I think black looks best on lighter colored cars, along with black cars.

My Twilight Blue on the other hand? I have no idea what to do with this thing -_-

Ok, majority rule so black it is. Now flat or gloss? Should I use flat to keep it close to the lower grille?

Thanks for your input!

Maybe go satin, between flat and gloss.
