G35 Sedan Suspension Picture Compilation Thread
^SN00P is pretty low (don't remember how much) on Tien Basics, and his ride is amazingly good.
I've been in his car and it rode a little better than mine on OEM Z springs, despite the fact that it's a good bit lower.

I have read on here that Tein Basic Dampers are pretty decent.
Appreciated the response so quick. i use to have KW on my VW and my brother has '03 stock height and it right hard over bumps, it feels like he has no tires and just riding on rims.

Nobody told me, its just what i have been reading through this forum and online reviews. Im currently looking for a suspension setup for my G, and i was considering Eibach Sportlines, but im afraid it might be a bit too rough. So i started looking into Tein, and the basic seems to be what I like at the moment. still looking though.
2. Dampening
3. Spring rates
More than one thing come into play when it's ride.
Basic are crap, over priced, not adjustable in dampening and over all a poor coilover.
Lower spring rates (IE. 6k and 8k with OEM rear suspension style) would be a very lush ride.
Higher spring rates are like 10k and 12k, being a lot tighter and harder.
Thing is with suspension, you can't have it all!
You're going to sacrifice some ride quality if you want to tighten up the suspension, maybe what you really want is some sway bars and chassis braces.

I'm eventually going to want to go lower, but not slammed.
Don't want to ride any rougher than the 350z springs I have now.
I rode in Sn00p's, and he has Tien Basics. I was very pleased with the ride, but I would like adjustable damping (as I would like to take my car AutoXing every once in a while)
I don't know what other brands would be a better option, give 6k or 8k options, have oem style rears, and not break my wallet (most likely try and look for used)
What are my best options?
Stance offers custom springs rates for a little more money, as do a lot of companies.
F&F's website is too confusing for me to figure out if they do and SMA only speaks Korean, so they don't lol
There is a set of F&F in the marketplace for $600 8K 10K and I think he's In Florida....
