Squeaky rear brakes fix? How long can I go?

Squeaky rear brakes fix? How long can I go?
Hey, all.
I have the squeaky rear brakes problem. Can I really wait until 35K miles or 35 months, whichever come first before I get my warranty brake job. Not to be cheap. I just figure that since I had the used dealer who sold me the car fix the rear brakes and the rears still squeal, Infiniti owes me for this because I HATE brake jobs. They're expensive as hell and my last Nissan's brakes sucked.
Granted, there was nothing else wrong with the Nissan and my G still brakes like a champ, but I really get annoyed by such a huge squeal on an Infiniti car.
So can I get my money's worth or is it worth it to go in now and just get it done. I'm thinking of having them do the 30K checkup, so I would actually be paying them something.
