It's been about 1 1/2 weeks after I installed the coupe midpipe with no problem. Sunday I tried starting the car after gassing up and heard what sounded like a deep cough. I restarted with no problem. Later in the day I started the car and the service engine soon light came on. I had to drive down to Phila for a two day conference. The car drove fine but the light stayed on. Today I'm back with the light still on. Any thoughts? Could this be an O2 sensor malfunction? Should I try an ECU reset?

Yes bro, try an ECU reset (pedal method). Won't hurt anything and may just get rid of the light. If not, then there's a problem you need help with.

Cale- you win the prize . I just went out and popped the cap then tightened it up. Started her up and the light is gone! I never would have expected the gas cap was loose. Guess that what can happen when you live in a state that won't let you pump your own gas. Lol!

Glad it was the cap.

It's happened to me before, I think the warning lamp should read "check gas cap soon".
