Isn't that the 11th commandment?

Hi all - here's the latest update (on my end)...

My CC was charged on 8/27 and the trunk was supposed to be shipped on this date too. Boomer mentioned that the trunk was being expressed to me...

I thanked him and repeatedly asked for a tracking number and an update (7 times over the last couple weeks). Aaron mentioned that he uses a different shipping company (which is fine) and may not have tracking numbers - but I would still assume that Boomer should inform me of this in person via text and give me some sort of update. He did mention that he'll give me a tracking number earlier - before the trunk was done. I can appreciate that he's very busy - as am I, but would like to know what's going on...

I was supposed to get the trunk last week - but I have yet to receive it. I've been very nice and accommodating to him and Mastergrade - but am quite frustrated by a lack of communication.

I really hope to get the trunk soon (but I have no idea without a tracking number when it could arrive). It seems like a good product...

aloha,
dave

Yeah mastergrade is putting ads on losangeles craigslist as well. When I emailed them played dumb, a guy from the company named Jim Martain emailed me back. Here is what i got from him

Then I emailed him to let me know when it comes in, he then asks me for my name and phone number to contact me assuring me that i will get the next trunk available..
