Apparently the thread has been deleted… which I partially understand – mods aren’t going to allow a non paying vendor sell product on the site – however, I think its VERY important the keep the thread up (even if its locked closed) so that the G (particularly sedan) community is aware of the issues that went on with this project… false promises, bogus guarantees, fake timelines, refusal to refund money, poor fitment, etc, etc… issues like this are what makes forums like this worthwhile – to inform enthusiasts of the good and the bad… if there is no researchable documentation of the debauchery that went on with the Mastergrade trunk promise, then the chance of similar happening again is greater.

 

You are right Mike. The thread has been removed because it is supporting sales for a non paying vendor. Their other product threads supporting sales have also been removed.

In the case of the sedan trunk, it was allowing new people to contact them for sales while there were other people on the list who were skipped. There were also people who have been asking for refunds and no getting them (me for one example).

That is correct.
After being told on 5 different occasions I will get it, I still have not received a refund from Boomer or anyone at Mastergrade. He told me again last night I will get it today.

 

I understand both sides here, but I for one am glad that MG is no longer receiving free anything from us. Good riddance I say. It's OK Leon, feel free to flame at will

 

I can understand where the admins are coming from. However, this thread was a great way to document the trials that we all went through and also to keep track of the fitment issues. Now all of this is no longer available and if this situation gets any worse than it already is those of us in the original groupbuy don't have the thread for proof to authorities or the bank.

Please reconsider bringing this back in a locked form.

 

Your paypal account is proof of payment much more than someone on an internet forum.
