Even if everyone gets their money back or product in return, no thanks. I won't be giving Mastergrade my money when I see how they can drag their customers through the mud like this.

It's a small claims court issue. May come to that soon. If it does I will be suing for lawyer's fees too which will end up being a lot more than my small $400 deposit.

Anyone make a BBB claim?

 

^All a BBB claim will do is make others aware of the complaint. Puts a 'flag' next to the companys name. Kind of like a negative iTrader rating but for everyone to see. Not saying thats a bad thing but thats all it really does.

I tried looking Tim but I couldn't find anything. If you have access to the old thread still, I think it was also posted in there.

I hope this gets finalized because its VERY important to have the old thread available for future potential customers (even if they aren’t a G owner or on this forum)... IMO this type if info is critical for consumers to make an informed decision... someone doing a Google search will not know the true story behind this project based on this thread.

Hopefully the old thread will be reposted (even if locked).
